Here's an example of a 10 round workout with drills generated by the Movement Generator. There are 2 rounds of 5 drills, each 90 seconds work with a 30 second active recovery. Including a 5 min warmup (playing!) and 5 min cooldown this would take 30 minutes to complete. Enjoy!
